Every client is unique and every event is different from the last. Each event that we plan is created to our client’s specific needs. Some of our clients would prefer an event manager to plan their event from start to finish as they recognise the importance of the event and the impact that it will have on future business; they want to ensure it is planned and executed to perfection. Many clients have incredibly busy workloads and simply don’t have the time to undertake the planning themselves. Others start the planning process themselves and then find it all a bit too much, calling us in to take over.

Our internationally experienced events team will handle everything, allowing you to get on with your daily business, relaxed in the knowledge that every details of your event is being undertaken to an exceptionally high standard.

We work with only the best suppliers in New Zealand to ensure your event is perfection.

Our initial consultation will iron out the type of event you would like to create, the style, guest numbers, location and budget. Based on that information, a quote will be drawn up specifically for your event management needs.

The initial consultation is free of charge and normally takes 1 to 1.5 hours.

For our corporate clients based outside of Auckland, we are happy to conduct the initial consult over the telephone or via Skype.

Other services we can provide:

Venue management – We will find the right venue for your event. From sophisticated to casual, from a marquee to a boat – we are able to recommend the most suitable venue based on location requirements, look, feel and budget.

Entertainment –  From background music to a full production show or team building activities, our specialist team can recommend the best entertainment to ensure a memorable event for your guests.

Registrations – Invitations, nametags, RSVP’s  – just give us the details, guest list and some images! We can create personalised stationery and keep track of the tedious RSVP’s! We take away the hassle so that you can focus on more important things!

Entry Management - While you are engaging with your guests, we can greet new arrivals, checking that they are on the participant list, directing them to the function area, and conducting basic housekeeping duties.

Technical Services – Tell us what you require and our team can ensure that it is all there and set up – data projectors, screens, sound and lighting, lecterns, lapel or stand microphones – you name it, we can organise it for you. Furniture, entertainment and favours – we can find what you’re looking for have it there on the day.

A stress-free function – Our job is to ensure everything runs perfectly. You can count on us to go above and beyond our duty to deliver a smooth event.
